The reason you haven’t seen me much on gmod, xfire, or facepunch is because for some odd reason every year at this time I get a slight E-depression and stop mapping and playing games for a month or two. Hell that’s the reason I haven’t updated my blog in so freaking long. Besides that last post, that was just my friend randomly rolling around on my keyboard. Anyways don’t plan on seeing me very much for the next couple of weeks, I’ll be… doing something I suppose; certainly not mapping or playing gmod. When I do get back I’ll finish Rp_Wuste and release that. Till then hope you have fun.

hey gang, I went to six flags the other day and had some fried dough. can you believe it? FRIED DOUGH! I was like “what is this?” and the dude was all like “FRIED DOUGH!” and I was like “FRIED DOUGH?!” and he was like HELL YES!!!!!!!!!!! So then I went on the bumper cars and some kid was like “You to old to be here” and I was like “you were adopted!” and he was like “MOM!” and I was like “be quiet or I’ll hit you with MY FRIED DOUGH!” and he was like “hit me with what”? FUCKING FRIED DOUGH! and then I went home and I saw a story about this ham[p]ster that was kidnapped. And my friend was like “I could write a better story if I rolled on the keyboard!111 LOL” and I was like shu-up I’m eating SOME FRIED DOUGH!

Well recently work on the scripts have been slow and I’ve gotten really into Spacebuild so I’m starting up a 10 slot server for it as we speak. I’m just getting myself used to the FTP program and uploading all the necessary files. If your wondering why I haven’t updated in a extreamly long time it’s because I’ve been playing spacebuild so much. I’ve also pretty much finished Rp_Wuste; Rp_MelonIsle, a melon rp map; and Sb_IRAS15072-4o, a spacebuild map I’m working on. I’ll try to update every other day from now on, especially on stuff about the server and whatnot.

Since the release of hometown I have not blogged at all! It’s been like two weeks and I’ve been kind of busy. I’m almost done with rp_wuste, the new desert rp map I’m working on.

And I’ve been playing a bit of gmod too, more than I usually do.  Here is a pirate ship I made wile on my friends server.

I just released RP_HomeTown2000, the map that I have been working on for almost half a year. It was a great feeling to finaly be done with it and I’m glad I can move on. I’m also happy to see alot of servers using it already and I hope they continue to do so for some time. All I wanted to do was revive hometown roleplay, and I think I may have accomplished that.

I’ve been working all night on hometown2000. It’s done now I’m just unshitting it and cleaning up the bugs and all that. I spent about a hour and a half just trying to get areaportals to work when they should have taken 10 minutes. I’ve been working straight since 11pm on this map with no breaks. Although, at 2:00am I did go down stairs for a cola to keep me up, but other than that it’s been all work. Ark3rs been up with me working like a dog along side me and helping me at almost every step of the way. Over the past 5 or 6 hours our conversations have gone down in quality of word choice, language, and just general logic; we now sound like drunk sailors that have lost their tongues.

With a spare monitor I was able to set up a neat dual screen system to work and chat on. I’m not sure how much longer I can stay up or if I’ll make my 12 o’clock deadline for the simple reason that I won’t be awake. I’ll see joo guyz laterzzzzzz…

I’ve been learning how to model this week, I’ve got to say it’s not bad once you get the basics down. The only real stuff I’ve worked on off and on is a dog and a face. There is a pictures bellow, very terrible! Although I’m still working on them. Hopefully I’ll be able to model for maps and my role play server. Also, Anders has gotten alot done recently with the script so hopefully we can have the server up and running soon! You should also expect Rp_HomeTown2000 within the next week.

Just been mapping a ton this past week and I can really start to see it pay off. I know have very little left to be done on the map. I still need to do a bit of cleanup, optimization, prop work, and lighting. As much as that sounds it really shouldn’t take more than a couple days. I’ve been enjoying a bit of left over Indian food wile I’m working, as you can see bellow.

Also wile unpacking some stuff for my apartment I found this funny little box with “coushions” written on it, lol.

I’m getting really close guys to completion; almost everything is done. The biggest things I have yet to do is create an interior for the electronics shop and the tool shop. I also need to touch up some already existing buildings, but not too much. Today I created the Bank, Gunshop’s attached shooting range, the northern apartment complex, and started closing off the map with skyboxes. Here is the most current picture.
